Terms & Privacy Policy
Welcome to RH+ ("App", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RH+ mobile application (Android and iOS) operated by RHPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at Bangalore, India ("Company"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
1.1 RH+ is a slot-based doctor appointment booking platform. The App allows users to book a digital slot/sequence number for a consultation with a doctor at a participating clinic.
1.2 The App does not provide medical services, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are solely a booking and slot-management facilitator connecting patients with clinics/doctors.
1.3 Slot are allotted at the time of booking strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, for the doctor's applicable consultation window (e.g., Monday 8:00 AM onwards, subject to the doctor's actual availability for that week).
1.4 Slot indicates order of consultation but not a guaranteed appointment. Actual consultation day/time may vary due to the doctor's availability, clinic operations, emergencies, delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Booking Fee and Payments
We collect transaction details in connection with any booking or consultation fee processed through the App.
2.1 The consultation fee is determined by the doctor/clinic and is ordinarily payable directly at the clinic, as per the clinic's/doctor's own pricing and payment methods. However, we may, where a doctor or clinic opts for this, also facilitate collection of the consultation fee through the App on their behalf. Whether the consultation fee is collected through the App or paid directly at the clinic will be indicated in the App's booking details section, and this arrangement may vary across doctors, clinics, or over time.
2.2 We may, at our discretion, charge a booking fee for reserving and issuing a slot; where charged, this fee may vary by clinic, hospital, or doctor, and is subject to revision, waiver, or discontinuation from time to time in line with our business, operational, and market requirements. Where applicable, the fee will be displayed in the App's booking details section prior to confirmation. We reserve the right to not charge a booking fee for any booking, clinic, or period, at our sole discretion.
2.3 Where a booking or consultation fee is charged, it shall be non-refundable, except:
(a) where the clinic cancels the doctor's availability for that session; or
(b) where required by applicable law.
2.4 Wherever a refund or payout is applicable — including, without limitation, payouts to a patient/user, clinic, hospital, agent, or independent doctor — we may require the concerned party to provide certain banking details (such as bank account number, IFSC code, or UPI ID) solely for the purpose of processing payments and complying with statutory obligations. Providing accurate banking details is the responsibility of the concerned party, and we are not liable for any delay or failure in processing caused by incorrect details provided.
2.5 Except where we facilitate collection of the consultation fee under Clause 2.1, we are not responsible for any consultation fee, medicine cost, diagnostic cost, or any other charges levied by the clinic or doctor directly.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (name, phone number, and other requested details) while booking a slot.
3.2 You are responsible for reaching the clinic on time based on your slot. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your slot without refund, at the clinic's discretion.
3.3 You shall not:
- Create multiple/duplicate bookings to manipulate slot order;
- Use the App for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to interfere with the App's booking/slot system.
3.4 One slot booking is intended for one patient visit. Booking on behalf of another person requires accurate details of the actual patient.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Bookings cannot be cancelled by the patient/user. Once a slot is booked, it is final from the user's side, and users are advised to book only when they are certain of attending.
4.2 Only the clinic has the right to cancel a booked slot (e.g., due to doctor unavailability, illness, leave, or emergency), in which case affected users will be notified through the App where possible.
4.3 Cancellation of the booking fee, in cases where the clinic cancels the booking, is subject to Clause 2.3 above.
4.4 If a user is unable to attend, they should inform the clinic directly; however, this does not entitle the user to cancel the booking through the App or claim a refund, except as covered under Clause 4.2.
5. No Medical Liability
5.1 RH+ does not employ doctors and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice provided by a doctor or clinic.
5.2 Any dispute regarding medical treatment, consultation quality, fees charged at the clinic, or doctor conduct is strictly between you and the concerned clinic/doctor.
5.3 In case of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital directly; do not rely on the App.
5.4 We do not independently verify the qualifications, registration, license, or authenticity of any doctor listed on the App. Every doctor listed is affiliated with a clinic, hospital, or operates as an independent practitioner, and the responsibility for verifying the doctor's credentials, registration, and authenticity lies with the respective clinic/hospital, not with RH+. Users are encouraged to satisfy themselves of a doctor's credentials directly with the clinic before consultation.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including delays in consultation, slot errors, clinic-side issues, or third-party payment gateway issues.
6.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the App shall not exceed the booking fee paid by you for the relevant transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in the App are the property of RHPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
8. Suspension and Termination
8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
8.2 We (i.e., RHPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED / RH+) reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove the access of any clinic, hospital, agent, or independent doctor from the platform, without prior notice, if any misuse of the App is found in any manner, including but not limited to fraudulent slot manipulation, false information, or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified through the App.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

RHPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") operates the RH+ mobile application (Android and iOS) (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.
By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Email address (if provided)
- Age/gender (if requested for booking purposes)
- Booking details (doctor selected, clinic, preferred date, slot)
1.2 Payment Information
We collect transaction details in connection with any booking or consultation fee processed through the App.
The booking fee, where charged, may vary by clinic, hospital, or doctor, and is subject to revision, waiver, or discontinuation from time to time in line with our business, operational, and market requirements; the applicable fee, if any, is displayed in the App at the time of booking.
The consultation fee is ordinarily payable directly at the clinic, as per the clinic's/doctor's own pricing and payment methods. However, where a doctor or clinic opts for this, we may also facilitate collection of the consultation fee through the App on their behalf; whether it is collected through the App or paid directly at the clinic will be indicated in the App's booking details section.
Payments processed through the App are handled via a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank login credentials — these are processed directly and securely by our payment gateway partner.
Refunds and Payouts: Wherever a refund or payout is applicable — including, without limitation, payouts to a patient/user, clinic, hospital, agent, or independent doctor — we may collect limited banking details from the concerned party (such as bank account number, IFSC code, or UPI ID) solely for the purpose of processing payments and complying with statutory requirements. This information is handled with reasonable security safeguards and is not used for any unauthorized purpose.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (device model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
- App usage data (booking history, log-in times, crash logs)
- Approximate location (if permission is granted, e.g., to show nearby clinics)
1.4 Information from Clinics/Doctors
We may receive booking confirmations, slot status updates, or cancellation notices from participating clinics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage your slot booking (allot slots at the time of booking strictly on a first-come, first-served basis);
- Send booking confirmations, slot details, and reminders via SMS/push notification/email;
- Process the booking fee payment;
- Communicate with you regarding changes, cancellations, or clinic updates;
- Improve and troubleshoot the App;
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse of the slot system.
We do not use your information to provide medical advice, and we do not access or store your medical records, prescriptions, or consultation notes — these remain solely between you and the doctor/clinic.
3. Sharing of Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With the concerned clinic/doctor: your name, phone number, and slot details, so they can manage the slots and identify you at the clinic.
- Payment gateway providers: to process the booking fee, and where applicable, to process refunds or payouts (using the banking details described in Section 1.2) securely.
- Internal finance team: banking details collected for refunds or payouts (to patients, clinics, hospitals, agents, or independent doctors) may be accessed internally solely for processing payments.
- Service providers: hosting, SMS/notification providers, analytics providers, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or government/regulatory request.
- Business transfer: in case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you where required.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
4.2 Data is stored on servers located in India, and we take reasonable steps to ensure third-party processors maintain equivalent security standards.
4.3 Banking details collected for refunds or payouts (to patients, clinics, hospitals, agents, or independent doctors, as described in Section 1.2) are treated as sensitive financial information and are stored and secured to the same or a higher standard as other payment data, with access restricted to personnel/systems directly involved in processing such payments.
4.4 No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking history may be retained for support and audit purposes, after which it may be anonymized or deleted. Banking details collected solely for a refund or payout are retained only for as long as necessary to complete and reconcile that transaction, and in line with applicable financial record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or updating of inaccurate/incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your data (subject to legal/record-keeping requirements);
- Withdraw consent at any time (which may limit your ability to use the App);
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- Register a grievance regarding the processing of your data.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18 without the involvement of a parent/guardian who is booking on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without such supervision.
8. Cookies and Analytics
The App may use analytics SDKs (e.g., for crash reporting and usage statistics) that collect device and usage data to help us improve performance. You may be able to limit certain tracking through your device settings.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
